Need a hand? Most answers are below — otherwise email hello@axologapp.com and a real person will reply.

Getting started

Open the app and tap the big to log your skin: pick a face, tap where it flares on the body map, set the itch, add a photo if you like. That's it — weather and pollen attach automatically. Do it daily and your Timeline, flares and Insights build themselves.

Photos & the ghost overlay

When you add a photo, Axolog shows your last shot faintly over the camera so you can match the same light, angle and distance — that's what makes week-to-week change real instead of a lighting trick. Slide the divider on any photo to compare before/after.

Trigger insights

After about two weeks of logging, Insights starts surfacing plain-language patterns from your own data ("flares started within 2 days of low humidity in 4 of 5 episodes"). These are observations, not causes — bring them to your dermatologist.

The Derm Report

In Care, tap Derm report to build a clean one-page PDF (severity trend, flare episodes, treatments, distribution & suspects). Share it, print it, or AirDrop it to your clinician.

TSW mode

Turn on TSW mode in Profiles & settings for a withdrawal-month counter, TSW symptom tracking and month-scale views. Axolog never advises starting or stopping steroids and never promises a healing timeline.

Family profiles

With Axolog Plus you can add a profile for each family member — tap the avatar top-right → Add. Children get a body map tuned to how eczema shows up on kids.

Export & delete your data

Settings → Export data gives you CSV or JSON any time — no lock-in. To delete data, remove a profile or delete the app.

Axolog Plus & billing

Plus is an App Store subscription. Manage or cancel it in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Tap Restore purchases on the paywall if you've reinstalled.
